uses | methyl chlorosulfonate compounds include chloromethyl chlorosulfonate and methyl dichlorosulfonate, which are important organic synthesis intermediates and a new type of high-efficiency and safe electrolyte for lithium batteries. |
Preparation | 1) Under the condition of -50~40 ℃, in the presence of catalyst carbonate, carbonate containing saturated hydrocarbon base, borate, and borate containing saturated hydrocarbon group, Liquid sulfur trioxide reacts with dichloromethane for 1~24 hours to produce a mixture of chloromethyl chlorosulfonate and methyl dichlorosulfonate; 2) Put sodium carbonate or sodium carbonate aqueous solution into the mixture obtained in the above step 1) to remove excess sulfur trioxide and sulfuric acid generated by moisture absorption, so that the reaction continues; 3) Put sodium bicarbonate or sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution into the mixture obtained in the above step 2), completely remove excess sulfur trioxide and sulfuric acid generated by moisture absorption, stand for stratification, take the upper organic layer to dry to remove the solvent, and distill under reduced pressure, chloromethyl chlorosulfonate and methyl dichlorosulfonate were obtained respectively. |
